Estimated Delivery Times
We ship with the main national and international courier companies (TNT, GLS, BRT, DHL, FEDEX, UPS, DPD).
The delivery times set forth herein refer to the carrier’s shipping time. Please allow approximately 1–2 additional days for order preparation. The delivery times indicated here will apply provided that we have available stock of the requested products, and the shipping process will begin once payment has been received.
To ensure accurate and safe delivery, it is necessary to provide the shipping address as precisely as possible. PadelCosmos is not responsible for delays and/or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrectly provided addresses during the ordering process.
If delivery of your order is not possible after 2 attempts, the goods will be returned to our warehouse, and you will have 2 options: (i) request another shipment to the same or a new address (in this case, shipping costs will be charged); or (ii) request a refund, in which case the product price will be refunded minus the shipping costs and the return costs (5.95€ within Spain, 14.95€ for the rest of Europe, and 49€ for the rest of the world).
PadelCosmos is only responsible for shipments handled by us and our transport companies. The original label and packaging must be kept in case they are needed as evidence for the transport company.
Claims related to shipments, whether for missing products or damage during transport, can be made within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

For countries outside the European Union, Monaco, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, the shipping method is always Express to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
The above delivery times apply to orders placed before 1:00 p.m. CET, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends may be subject to slight delays. Transit times outside the European Union may vary due to customs delays.
Note: We do our best to maintain stock, but due to demand, delivery of certain items may be delayed. During peak order periods (Sales, Christmas, Black Friday, etc.), delivery times may be affected by logistical circumstances. If your order is delayed, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs will be calculated automatically and detailed at checkout, so they are always approved by the customer before payment confirmation. All orders and rates include the corresponding VAT.
For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties and tariffs may apply. These are not included in the shipping fee, vary by country, and must be paid by the customer.
We recommend grouping your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each one individually.

Shipping costs are displayed in Euros. For countries outside the eurozone, the equivalent amount in the local currency will apply according to the exchange rate at the time of purchase.
For countries outside the European Union, Monaco, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, the shipping method is always Express to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
Stock information
All our stock is synchronized with the website, so if a product is shown as available, it means we can always ship it without long delays. Simply add the items you wish to purchase to the cart and choose your preferred payment method.
Please note that product availability and stock indicated during the purchase process are for reference only and therefore do not constitute a contractual commitment, since simultaneous purchases of the same item could result in stock depletion. As this is e-commerce, stock updates are processed online, which means that during checkout stock could run out.
In the event of stock reduction, PadelCosmos will contact you to inform you of the situation, indicating the approximate delivery date when the order can be fulfilled (at no additional cost), and the option of receiving a product with similar or superior characteristics to the one originally ordered.
In both cases, the customer will retain their rights of withdrawal and cancellation as if it were the originally requested item.
If the stock shortage is final and the customer does not accept any of the proposed options, the full amount paid will be refunded in accordance with applicable regulations.
Order cancellations
Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, it cannot be stopped. Transport companies collect all packages every day between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. All orders placed before this time will be shipped, and we cannot cancel them.
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, we will refund the full amount paid for the products, including shipping costs.
Order tracking & Additional information
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase. Once your order has been processed by the carrier, you will receive an email with the tracking number of the shipment.
